Project Portfolio: Transforming Communication Centers in Zimbabwe and Botswana

At Data Age Solutions, we take pride in our transformative projects that reshape communication landscapes. In 2019, we embarked on a mission to empower our client in Zimbabwe by setting up servers and implementing a robust VoIP call center solution integrated with a GSM gateway. Simultaneously, we introduced a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, revolutionizing the way our client engages with its audience.

Solution Provided

The Data Age Solutions team executed a comprehensive solution that involved:

  1. Server and Virtual PBX Setup:

    • Establishing a robust server infrastructure to support the client’s communication needs.
    • Implementation of a Virtual Private Branch Exchange (PBX) for seamless call routing.
  2. Integration of GSM Gateway to VoIP:

    • Streamlining communication channels by integrating GSM gateway technology with VoIP solutions.
  3. SIP Extensions Setup:

    • Creating SIP extensions for efficient internal communication within the call center.
  4. CRM System Implementation:

    • Introduction and setup of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for streamlined customer interactions.
  5. Analytics Reports:

The implemented solution resulted in the establishment of a 24-hour communication center where individuals nationwide could connect and seek assistance on a myriad of issues. The inbound and outbound calls were seamlessly managed under the short code 393.

Expansion to Botswana:

Building on our success in Zimbabwe, Data Age Solutions replicated this impactful solution in Botswana in 2021, extending the reach and capabilities of our client’s communication centers.
